The three main problems on the exit of the UK out of the EU are the fishing in british sovreignty seas, the privileges for other corporations in the UK, which could harm european businesses and in cases of legal disputes, which institution should decide jusitce affaires. To avoid a hard brexit, which would be disadvantage to both parties, there could be some propostions in order to find a middle-ground.
Firstly, the fishing around the british ilses should be reduced so that new generations of fishes could be begotten undisturbed and so repopulate the seas as the ecologists would suggest it. The european fishers could use some parts at some times areas of these seas for fishing und partitionate them with their british collegues.
Secondly, the UK could accord privileges to some kinds of corporations in a limited number, so that the effects on the european economy are not to be taken seriously. Subsides and financial support from the british government could be limited to less concurrential corporations.
Finally, in cases of legal disputes, a High Court could be assembled, consisting by fifty percent of british juges and the other half by european juges. Important descisions would only come out by a two third majority.
