Imagine a state ruled by an national executive council of corporations‘ CEOs, but which power is limited by juges and labour unions which can controll them, have veto rights and act as checks and counterbalances.

Could this lead to an effective compromise and protect the interests of the state, the upper classes and the working classes ? If you have an opinion please write it in the commentary section, it will be appreaciated.
