Prolegomena

The third decade of the 21st century may bring with it the new tensions between the Western Hemisspere and Eurasia. India shoud keep therefore its borders safe, but not risk any tensions with its neighbours; I promote the demilitarisation of the Himalaya. Africa must be more emancipated, i.e. before it came to a new colonisation through eurasian influence. In the pacific some countries will probably assemble a pacific alliance in Asia, America and Oceania. While China has border-problem with more than twelve neighbour states and also ambitions in Africa and Eurasia, Russia has its ambitions in the Middle-East and Eastern Europe. A Greather America can be united if some americans see the bigger picture: the world, not some of their privileges. USA has to know more about geopolitics and how the world is interconnected. The future structures ofgeopolitics will probably be more fluid and dynismic. Through trade we can temper instabilities: economic alliances shall restrain troubles. This can be do through new industries and commerces, IT and the colonisation of moons and the planet Mars.

Mars

Some muslims and jehovah’s witnesses who I encountered belive, that the extra-terrestial being are actually angels. Whereas religous people think about a kind of hospitality of humans towards aliens, other are interessted in the colonisation of an lifeless planet. I thought, that the problems of colonisation would be, that there isn’t many good places on Mars to inhabit permanently there, that the ressources for such an enterprise aren’t enough and also needed for other things and that the colonisers wouldn’t be many, but only a few. Nonetheless, the interstellar colonisation may be an opportunity get rid of some idiots. In a more unfortunate case however, there are opportunities for the rich and powerfull to agrandise themselves at the expense of the rest of the universe.
