DEMOCRACIES are often in peril, because it needs only a certain level of corruption and disbelive in democratic institutions to make them fall. Myanmar, Hong Kong, Afghanistan are among those countries who lost this year their democracy. The United States of America had even its first major crisis over an election result where the standing president tried like a ditator to overtun the result of the presidential elections.

THE Post-COVID-19 world and the challange of democracies and climate. Democracies, not dictatorships should save the climate. Europe, India, North and South America should prove the (eur-)asian autocracies, that democratic parliaments are able to make laws to save the planet. If democracies want to show, that they are effective in the century of multiple crisis where we live, then these democracies should act as soon as possible. How could the Fridays For Future Kids „convert“ as much people as possible for their cause. Like Wayne Wheeler they should use a golden tongue and speek to their fellow citizens in the following ways: know their fantasies and emotions and say what they want to hear. As a last resort (ultima ratio) the kids should even bribe the eco-unfriendly fellow cirtizens with poket money or thretening not to buy in their business. Actually, one hundred megacorporations are responsible for around 70% of the global CO2 emissions. The ecological ideologies are becoming more and more important in the West and other parts of the world. The Global Green should even plaid for a kind of economic-ecological ethics and make the ideal exaple of a green lifestyle – which should also be afforded by the working class and the poor. The difficult consensus to reach is between the poor who cannot afford ecological lifestyle, the industry which need want to have more time to adapt and the majority who need to change their habits. Everyone must do their part, I believe their will be no other way in a case of an emergency. At the national and international level individuals, social classes and countries would have to make concessions in order to obtain ecological well-being. it is like a law of equivalent exchange. In order to obtain something, one must gave something. Even thought, it is better to make the ecological programm work as soon as possible, because time is running out to escape the worst consequences of climat change.
