Ecological Responsability: Individual or Collective ?

According to a study 100 compagnies were responsible for 71% of the CO2 emissions between 1988 and 2015. I propose these should be included in the climate summits and be forced to propose plans how they can substitute their unclean portfolio to greener ones. Individuals alone take the responsibility to behave more eco-friendly, also the industry has to do it. Since the 1980 the state gave up control over the global economy and denied to have certain responsability. Now it has the responsability to coerce the most polluting companies to act responsibly or face consequences. If those companies want billions of dollars for financial compensation that is fine. I don’t care about money and debts. I am concerned about the consequences of climate change and the difficulties many have to act.
