Modern democracy

King, nobility, merchants and scolars used to incorporate the oligarchy of richmen and intelligentia. Soldierrs, workers, and farmers established in their own working group a kind of democracy for essential workers. Religious and ethnic minorities, women, queers, jung people and inabled should not lack today in a modern inclusive democracy (since the 1960s).

Democracies in the 21st century are becoming more and more populist and inclusive. The inclusion focus is especially about indentity groups‘ representation. Working groups’ representation is more and more ignored, despite the growing precariate classes and the low payment for essential workers, which are working in unacceptable working conditions. It is time, that working groups are lobbying also for their better representation.
