Basta!

Enough is enough! The stock exchange of Milan lost 17 Billion Euros in one day beacause the flamboyant Five-Star-Movement unleashed a government crisis – the third in a five year legislature! Next year or this autumn Italy will held general elections, but many people, including myself, barely knows for which idiocratic party there will vote. We should judge politicians from their actions not their words. And politicians like Matteo Salvini, Matteo Renzi and Guiseppe Conte should be removed from offfice and harshly sanctioned for the very expensive list crisis they did to save their careers at the expense of their fellow Italians!

Feminin fascism?

The right-wing coalition, which is dominated by nationalists and neofascists leads in the opinion polls with nearly 50%. The left-wing bloc with only 30%, the Five Star Movement with 10% and the small parties also with 10% will be unable to form an coherent coalition and so the party FdI with at his head Giorgia Meloni will probably win the next general election the 25th of september. This utterly horrible idea of the return of natalist and anti-immigrant politicians in the government will bring catastrophical consequences. The European Union will be divided once more in a time when it should be united against the fascistoid russian imperialism. Even Europe’s ties to the African Union and the Arab League will be undermined. Albeit I hoped that the West could turn its back fron its self-caused dependance from Eurasia and East Asia towards other innovative and emerging nations, Italy could not do this if it stick to its fascist past. Arab and Africans will remember the imperial ambitions of fascist Italy if a right-wing government with Meloni at his head will be installed. I appeal to Mario Draghi to lead a pontial anti-fascistoid opposition if Meloni and its alcolytes Matteo Salvini and Silvio Berlusconi take power in Italy.

Giorgia Meloni: the one true believer in terrifying bullshit

Ambiguity with the fascist Mussolini regime, opposition to gay marriage and abortion, a harsh anti-immigration policy and strong eurosceptism going so as she voted against the recovery package of billions of euros. And this is only the begining of Giorgia Meloni’s and her party’s blacklist of bullshit.

When facing the madness of neofascism and other far right movements on the rise, I say only that if this far right coalition wins the general election this september, the Italo-Luxemburgers will rise up, like any reasonable and united opposition front. We will absolutely not let it happen that this neofascist government place its money here in Luxemburg!

La gauche italienne: entre autodivisions et autodestruction

À l’aube des élections législatives italiennes de 2022, une coalition de droite radicale pourrait prendre le pouvoir. Beaucoup de petits partis du centre et de la gauche ont cependant décidé de prendre le chemin de la défaite certaine. Plus de cent partis politiques sont enrégistré alors que le nombre de parlementaires a été réduit de plus de 900 à 600. Chaqu’un veut un poste important, mais personne ne veut se rendre utile. À la fin, la gauche italienne va être coresponsable d’une victoire éventuelle de la droite dure. Les disputes internes ont fracturé beaucoup plus la gauche que la droite: opposant plus de sept partis de gauche (dont la majorité sont minimissime) à seulement trois „grands“ partis de droite. Si la gauche espère gouvernent un jour de nouveau le pays, elle doit être plus pragmatique et moins obsédée sur ses luttes idéologiques et combats des chefs. La droite menace plus que jamais le progrès social comme la droit à l’avortement et le mariage gay, la politique d’immigration humaine et rationelle, la construction européenne et de la Part de Matteo Salvini le soutient à l’Ukraine, dont Volodymyr Zelensky a remercié Mario Draghi. Ce qui importe, c’est que tous les partis non alignés au post- et néofascisme font bloc avant qu’il soit trop tard.

En plus, il faut changer de politiciens dans le cas de l’Italie il faudrait un président non-partisan élu directement par le peuple et nommant un premier ministre technocrate ainsi que tout autre ministre technocrate ad hoc (c’est-à-dire pour une tâche précise), car les politiciens de carrière ne font que de se disputer et de promettre n’importe quoi. L’électorat doit aussi être rééducé, car il se comporte comme un consomateur naif, comme c’est de plus en plus le cas dans certaines démocraties en Europe. Il faudrait mettre en place des règle du jeux et des vertus à suivre pour les élus et les électeurs, si les italiens veulent avoir une meilleure politique. Je sais que ceci est un fantasme, mais ça vaut le coup de s’approcher un peu. D’ailleurs c’est exactement le manque d’utopie, selon un psychanaliste français, que le Brexit et l’élection de Trump sont devenu possible. La demande à son gouvernment d’être decent et rationel est devenu presque une utopie, mais pour être honnete il faut aussi rendre les moeurs exigeants et stricte et cela de maniüre explicite pour protéger la société de consommation des pays „industrialisés“ contre elle-même.

Modern fascism

Hierarchy in a vertical autocratic form and organicism through genetical-traditional based nationalism are in my opinion the two foundations of fascism. Neofascism in the 21st century is also linked towards welfare state, modern (i.e. hidden) racism, populism, conspiratory ideologies and antielitism (particulary estblished elites and academic elites). This ecclecticistic strategy develloped neofascism and made it more acceptable to a wide range of desperate people. According to a poll in Jannuary 2022, only 5% of Italians had confidence in the political parties. Political disputes and incompetance also favoured the rise of the far right in Italy in opinion polls.It these polls are true the radical right could win up to 60% of the seats in the House of Deputies and 55% of the seats in the Senate of the Republic.

Task failed successfully

While antifascist parties have failed to unite, a quasi-unthinkable government is now close to become reality. I feel ashamed, that it has come to this: a government in making composed by neofascists, corrupts and even prorussian populists. Albeit, the new radical right-winged government in making seems to have problems to govern in accordance to the Recovery Programm of the EU and other realities, if it does not consult with experts. Mario Draghi’s government was critisised for being a government of technocrats, not elected democratically and accoding to populists, only serving the system but not the people, but now future prime minister Giorgia Meloni and its acolytes realised that experts are needed to make realisitc policies.

March on Rome

Nearly hundred years before now there was the fascist coup of 1922 which gave political power to Mussolini and so the means to ruin Italy after being accepted or even celbrated by a large part of the italian population. Sadly Italy has forget this year that not everything is gold that shines and as long as the new government will stand I see unpleasant things in italian politics comming.

Epilogos

Die zweite Machtergreifung des faschistischen Bundes unter Giorgia Meloni fand 100 Jahre nach der ersten Machtergreifung ihrer Vorgänger, sowie 77 Jahre nachdem der Rest der faschistische Rumpfachse zerschlagen wurde, statt. Die ersten Gesetze waren Lockerungen der Sanitätsgesetze, die Verschärfung des Verbots illegaler feiern und Bestrafung von Lebensrettern von ertrinkenden Migranten im Mittelmeer. Verärgert war sogar der sehr konservative Innenminister Frankreichs Gérald Darmanin, der hunderte von Migranten aufnehmen musste, weil die Häfen Italien für sie geschlossen blieben. Während Inflationsbekämpfung, Jobschaffung und Wirtschaftswachstum Mario Draghis Spezialität war, schaffen die Ultrarechten an der Macht in Italien Gesetze, die ihrer Basis gefallen. Manche haben vielleicht gedacht die 18. Legislatur (2018-2022) war die schlechteste seit jene die die Politikkrise von 1992 bewirkt hatte; weil sie drei Regierungskrisen (2019, 2021und 2022) das Land schadete. Die politische Kultur und das politische System konnten den Aufstieg des Populismus und Faschismus, sowie der Vermehrung von Regierungskrisen nicht verhindern, nur zunehmend Fördern. Möglicherweise wird ein Präsidiales System oder eine vernünftige Parlamentsherrschaft wie in Deutschland erst politische Stabilität ermöglichen. Eine erfolgreiche Regierung und dies ohne Korruption zwar nicht, doch um die politische Kultur zu ändern muss auf nationaler Ebene eine Umwertung der (sozialen) Werte (was nicht zu verwechseln ist mit der Entwertung aller Werte!) unternommen werden. Die Karrierekultur ist noch weiter verbreitet als die Korruptionskultur; die eine fördert Unwillen, Untätigkeit und Inkompetenz, während die andere nicht nur das Streben von bestens bezahlte hohe Posten fördert, sondern dem aktiven Machtmissbrauch freien Lauf lässt. Es ist schade, dass eine Land wie Italien welches statistisch gesehen nur dessen Kulturerbe und Gastronomie benötigt um zu leben, von diese Unverbesserlichen Regiert wird. Allerdings wähle ich lieber einen Opportunisten als einen Faschisten – und auch müssten die EU-Kritiker sich bewusst machen, dass die Union den europäischen Nationalstaaten Handel und Finanzen so wie sie es kennen überhaupt ermöglicht. Melonis Regierung, die Milliarden Euros braucht ist das beste Beispiel.
