Thesis: We need new solutions for an efficient ecological policy.

Resolutions:

1) Mass production and even do-it-yourself solar plannel.

• We need a boderland in central europe like for exemple the area of Limburg and Wallonia/Picardy, where Belgians, French Germans, Dutch and even immigrant workers should take part in a cliamte friendly industry.

2) Water epuration at home.

• Luxemburg could experiment this.

3) Mass production through emergengy law.

• The constitutional article 49.3. could be enabled in France, whereas in Italy decree-laws could be enacted. If these kinds of measures are nece
