§1 On the idea of human dignity
Dignity is a necessity and a moral absolute. Humans attribute this idea of dignity to them, so that they avoid evil things they do toward them. The idea of human dignity was recognised as an universal necessity after WWII. Before it was the national dignity which was the supreme moral instance. The morality based on small-group membership feeling didn’t work out to secure peace beyont the national frontiers. Only when human dignity became recognised by the law and anchored in the social mentalities individuals and peoples could have a minimum of security. Universal love is necessary, but need also laws for orderly materialisation. The materialisation of human rights became a moral necessity in the early 21st century, even after the rise of populisms in 2015. In the begining of the 2020s many countries are deeply divided between humanistic-inclusive nationalism and exclusive nationalism. The future of intra- and international friction will basically come on the factors of habiti, money, power and much more.
