In case of an international crisis caused by the climate crisis, there is a high risk that the popular masses will be left out by the state and must struggle on their own. The depoliticized masses let the influence over the state to other pressure groups who could produce the next regiment of rulers.
Long lasting chaos of all against all could break out in many countries and destabilize many regions, respectively continents, as corollary effects of the climate crisis. “Public order” will nonetheless be preserved by powerful groups and so-called “strongmen” but with draconian measures like forced labor and harsh as well as unfair punishments for small delicts. Incarceration would cost too much, and the essential industry has nonetheless to work.
The modern slavery-based economy should not be seen as a solution to the climate crisis, but as a symptom of the whole problem. In fact, we want the next generations to live as well as we do, not work like slaves to survive a climate crisis and its aftermath. Therefore, we need to organize a decentralized global industry for green energies.
APPENDIX: STATE’S PRIORITIES
In my humble opinion there are six priorities, but only the third one and in some cases the second one are both statemen and people’s interests all the other priorities are either important to the statesmen and unimportant to the people and vice-versa:
1.acquiring and preserving money, power and privileges 4.distraction from social problems
2.pandering kindred and allies – domestic as well as foreign 5.social policies for the benefit of a majority of citizens
3.“public order“ and preservation of the state 6.helping the poorest citizens and social minorities
If family would abolished and the state would create in vitro newborn and rise up as well as educate childen, then obediance and cohesion would be core values of a society and the nxt generations would be indoctrinated, while falsely believe they are free. It is in family structures that individuals learn to devellop selfreflection, how to question authority and how to make profound bonds.
The poor and maginalised communities are not the governments priority exept when they are powerfull enough to make pressure. The damands to make new laws should be concrete and well ajusted to the concrete context before they should ge to the parliamenary commission which drafts the bills. While parliament is debating, the people should do the same.
What should we, the people, exept from the state and what can the state expect from its base? Nowadays, its a minimum to nothing which we can expect from both sides; the popular masses are becoming hyperindividualistic and inconsistend, while the statesmen are making only laws which benefits themselves or its associated clientele.
