The 3rd of March 2022, the french president Emmanuel Marcon declared himself candidate for a second term. As president of the french republic he detains remarkable extended executive powers in the frenc democratic system, as discribed the french constitution of 1958, by which the 5th french republic was born.

Since King Philippe IV. le Bel (1268-1314), France had a strong centralised government.

Since the french revolution France of 1789 has had a republican tradition. Republic and democracy became synonymous after liberal french monarchism became historically unlikely, if not impossible.

Since 1830, when the colonisation in Algeria began, France had strong ties with Africa. Most french colonies in Africa became independant in 1960. Algeria as the last one on July 5th 1962.

The fith french republic is a systhesis of the heritages of France’s strong centralised government, its republican-democratic experiences and tradition and its ties standing ties with the french speaking former colonies. This synthetic entity evolves until this day; the newest republic restructured by president Charles de Gaulle had seen many social evolutions. President Macron is in 2022 also presiding the European Council and has to lead his nation as well as the continental union in dark and tumultous times. War has broken out in Europe, after a dictator ordered a full-scale invasion. The last time Europe saw this, was during World War Two.

Now President Macron has an historic mission to preserve peace and democracy in Europe. Many nation’s security and liberty are threatened. Moldova, Georgia, Finnland and Sweden came closer to the EU or NATO respectively. I fully support Macron as the only french candidate for a solid paneuropean policy. I plea also to take a hard line against the dictator Vladimir Putin and counter by any mean possible his destructive war and non-sense-propaganda.

More people died because of the war in Ukraine than in most asian and african conflicts together. Now Europe is in such a deep crisis, that we cannot allow Russia any more transgressions to international law. We must go further: Finnland, Sweden and Moldova should integrate NATO. Transnistria should be attacked, but sanctionned or accept negotiations with Moldava. The transnistrian oligarch can keep his country in his pockets and the transnistrian politicians can rule the country as they plese, as long as it respects international law; otherwise there will be an embargo or even sanctions against Russia.

According to the UN there could be up to five million Ukrainian refugees comming to the Europena Union. The EU-citizens and their leaders should be ready to welcome them. It is the least they could do after failing to integrate Ukraine into the EU and NATO. We have too long accepted making busines with Russia, making us dependant from their ressources more than ever and letting the Ukrainians down, when we needed the most. The peoples of europe must, like a foreign policy analyst Jessica Berlin, wake up and make pressure toward their leaders to act against the Russian menace. Even if their have to accept economic challenges.

The oblasts in western Ukraine from the Polisch Bolder until the Dnepr river should be protected by a no-fly-zone established by the UN or NATO, in order to protect the ukrainian population, where there are no Russian troops (at least yet) as well as to create an important buffer zone between NATO-States and Russia, so that thr troops from both camps should no approach to close and come into conflict. Even more, the unoccupied parts of Ukraine desperatly needs help from their international allies and partners.

Finally, diplomacy should no more be tool to gain time. With Putin there is no honest talk possible, only the speech of the strongest.

For too long Europe aknowleged to be dependant towards unpredictable and warring dictatorships. This must end: we cannot be dependant from the russian president V. Putin. He is a „killer with no soul“, as the invasion of Ukraine prooved it.

We have to extract more raw materials again in Europa. We have to transform the raw materials in Europe. We have to facilitate the production and market distribution in Europe. We have to diversify our economy.

If Putin is controlling our economy he will influence our politics and decide our way-of-life. We cannot trust a tyrant, we must work harder to protect our peace and freedom we cherrish so must.

In this times of madness, where every great nation’s leader is a maniac which only seek money and power, the European Union and NATO needs to be more united than ever and resist for their ideals of freedoms and international laws. Now we must response to this menace. As an Ukrainian woman said on the BCC the February, 25th 2022: „Putin is not afraid of NATO. Putin is afrait of freedom.“ Now as I whrite Ukrainians are fighting and risking their lives to protect their fellow country folks freedom and life from a dangerous and murderous tyrant. The russian dictator must also be condammned sanctionned by the United Nations‘ General Assembly. Many countries in this world are more and more under russian and east-asian dictarorships‘ influence, we cannot let V. Putin and other despots let such transgressions against the values of the United Nations like universal peace let unpunished otherwise we will see more dangers move from old and new maniacs.

Even though, when Russia occupies all of Ukraine, the russian army will be very close, respectivlely too close, to the US- and NATO-troops in the neihghbouring countries. I think at least the five or six administrative regions or oblasts in western Ukraine neighbouring the NATO-states Poland and Roumania should be demilitarised and unter the UN protection. The frontier region should create a buffer zone, in order that no solider can shot and hit another from the other side. One shot could provoke an unwanted escalation, which could lead to WWIII.

The deputy prime minister of Latvia Artis Pabriks was angry, that the Europeans cannot agree and because of this other people are dying in Ukraine; for example to block SWIX in Russia was not part of the sanctions against Russia, because people in Europe feared to loose money.

This initiative to let Ukraine join the EU should have been taken more than twelve years ago; this would avoid so much conflict and within more than 13,000 deads and many wounded or deplaced. I welcome this proposition and appeal to act boldly and more decisive !

L’Ukraine est sur le point d’être encore démembrée par le despote russe Vladimir Poutine. En 2014, l’Ukraine a perdu la Crimée et une partie du Donbass. Maintenant, il veut apparemment conquérir un pont terrestre entre les deux régions. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, les responsables militaires américains soupçonnent qu’il veut conquérir d’autres régions russophones en Ukraine. Dans ce cas, les zones frontalières autour de Kharkiv et de la Moldavie seraient également annexées.

Personnellement, je crois qu’il va réellement commettre cette folie et déclencher une deuxième guerre qui s’intensifie en Ukraine. Les séparatistes pro-russes ont donné aux Ukrainiens un ultimatum pour quitter tout le Donbass. En fin de compte, Poutine et les séparatistes ne prennent plus l’Occident au sérieux et croient maintenant qu’ils peuvent faire ce qu’ils veulent, y compris proclamer un nouvel empire russe.

La cupidité et la folie excessives du nostalgique soviétique devaient cesser. L’OTAN devrait avoir l’air menaçante et pirater le système du gouvernement russe avec une épidémie de virus informatiques jusqu’à ce que tout le monde au conseil du gouvernement russe panique! Cela enseignerait des manières au pyroman Poutine !

Ukraine is on the verge of being further dismembered by the Russian despot Vladimir Putin. In 2014, Ukraine lost Crimea and part of Donbass. Now he apparently wants to conquer a land bridge between the two regions. As if that weren’t enough, US military officials suspect that he wants to conquer other Russian-speaking regions in Ukraine. In this case, the border areas around Kharkiv and Moldova would also be annexed.

Personally, I believe he will actually carry out this madness and unleash a second escalating war in Ukraine. The pro-Russian separatists have given Ukrainians an ultimatum to leave the entire Donbass. In the end, Putin and the separatists no longer take the West seriously and now believe they can do whatever they want, including proclaiming a new Russian empire.

The excessive greed and madness of the Soviet nostalgic was to be ended. NATO should look threatening and hack the system of the Russian government with an epidemic of computer viruses until everyone in the Russian government council panics! That would teach the Sithlord Putin manners!

Die Ukraine steht kurz davor weiterhin vom russischen Despoten Wladimir Putin zerteilt zu werden. 2014 verlor die Ukraine die Krim und ein Teil des Donbass. Nun will er scheinbar eine Landbrücke zwischen den zwei Regionen erobern. Als wäre das nicht schon genug vermuten US-amerikanische Militärs, dass er andere russischsprachige Regionen in der Ukraine erobern will. In diesem Fall wäre die Grenzgebiete um Charkiw und Moldawien auch annektiert. Ich persönlich glaube er wird tatsächlich diesen Wahnsinn durchführen und einen zweiten eskalierenden Krieg in der Ukraine entfesseln. Die prorussischen Separatisten haben die Ukrainer ein Ultimatum gesetzt, den ganzen Donbass zu verlassen. Am Ende nimmt Putin und die Separatisten den Westen nicht mehr ernst und glauben nun, dass sie tun können was sie wollen, einschließlich die Ausrufung eines neuen russischen Großreichs. Die Maßlose Gier und der Wahnsinn des Sowjetnostalgikers sollte beendet werden. Die NATO sollte bedrohlich wirken und das System der russischen Regierung mit einer Epidemie von Computerviren so sehr hacken bis alle im russischen Regierungsrat in Panik geraten ! Das würde dem Sithlord Putin Manieren beibringen!

Eine grobe Skizze über die Zukunft Europas zu zeichnen wäre zu spekulativ, da das moderne Zeitalter kaum vorhersehbar ist. Trotzdem ist es wichtig sich jetzt Gedanken zu machen was überhaupt geschehen könnte. Als Orientation sollten dazu unsere Grundwerte dienen. Allerdings muss man sich auch darauf gefasst machen, dass es in der Zukunft auch Umwertungen von Werten geben kann.

Die Ökologie wird in meiner Zukunftsvision als erste Grundlinie gelten, denn das was der Mensch Umwelt nennen ist die Bedingung für sein Überleben. Die Klimakrise ist eine der mehreren ökologischen Krisen, die vermutlich eine energische Politik gefolgt oder gefordert von einer robusten Bürgerbewegung in Ansätzen gelöst werden könnte. Wäre die Klimakrise einmal gelöst, könnte sie dazu ermutigen andere Umweltkrisen zu überwinden; dies könnte die Mentalität der Zukunft werden.

Die Völker in Europa werden sich entscheiden müssen ob sie liberal oder illiberal leben und regiert werden wollen. Auch in der kontinentalen Geopolitik muss auch entschieden werden ob die Europäer an die Europäische Union noch glauben werden, den status quo wollen oder sie lieber sich im russischen Einflussgebiet oder der Anglosphäre nähern wollen, oder sogar für eine Art Kleinstaaterei durch Unabhängigkeitsbewegungen sorgen wollen. Der französische Präsident Emmanuel Macron scheint indes den Traum eines europäischen Nationalstaates zu haben. In Westeuropa scheint die Überzeugung der europäischen Bürgerschaft weitreichender zu sein als in anderen Orten Europas; also wird diese Idee nicht so einfach überall zu verwirklichen sein. Jedenfalls wird es zu geopolitischen Spannungen kommen: illiberale und totalitäre Staaten haben sich Eurasien immer stärker verbündet. Auch Autokratien, die früher verfeindet waren, wollen den Einfluss des Liberalismus und auch damit jene der USA und der EU aus Eurasien eindämmen. Zuletzt auch in Afrika, wo nach 30 Jahren wieder zunehmend Militärregierungen an die Macht kommen und diese unter dem Einfluss Russlands und Chinas stehen.

Die eurasischen Autokratien haben alle verschiedene Ideologien und oft haben sich Alleinherrscher mit ähnlichen Ideologien zerstritten, weil der Machthunger zu groß war. Werden etwa die vielen kleinen Staaten Eurasiens in Zukunft akzeptieren unter den Einfluss eines oder einiger weniger Staaten zu stehen?

Dazu hat Gebilde um Afro-Eurasien so viele Kulturen, die durch die veränderten Umstände schneller mutieren. Der politische Islam, der Neonationalismus, den Verschwörungs- und die Woke-Kultur sind alle Ideologien Einfluss auf die Kulturen haben können. Indes hat das christliche Dogma scheinbar an Bedeutung verloren und während in der Woke-Kultur jene privilegiert werden die sich beleidigt fühlen, haben auch Christen verlernt zu verzeihen, so wie sie im „Vater Unser“ auch gebetet haben. Wer sich beklagt Kulturelemente zu verlieren, muss m.E. zunächst Wertekonservativ denken, also daran denken, dass die Rituale und sonstige Strukturen nicht wichtiger als die Werte, die sie verkörpern. Dazu muss auch für den Zusammenhalt innerhalb und außerhalb der Kulturen gesorgt werden, damit die Koexistenz zwischen den Kulturen möglich wird.

Seit den 1980er Jahren wurden Wirtschaftshierarchien gebildet, wobei die sozialen Ungleichheiten zunehmend verschärft werden. Auch diese Spannungen müssen gelöst werden, denn soziale Unruhen werden fast unvermeidbar wenn der Reichtum einer Nation fast ausschließlich in der Hand der Elite befindet und sich die Lage des Prekariats auch noch zunehmend verschlechtert. Die Veränderung in der Kultur werden auch durch Veränderungen in der Wirtschaft erfolgen, sowie unsere Werte und Lebensweisen beeinflussen. Wer weiß was die Situation und das Bild des Individuums, sowie der alten und neun Institutionen in 50 oder 100 Jahren sein wird?

Die neuen Akteure der Geschichte werden vermutlich auch künstliche Intelligenzen werden. Humanoide Mutanten vermutlich nicht in diesem Jahrhundert. Unsere Spezies Homo sapiens sich weiterentwickeln oder aussterben.
